Natural leaders possess the ability to motivate others by subconsciously modelling the style, the abilities, and the decision-making methods of those they lead.

This seamless capability allows a leader to gain near instant confidence and respect. It promotes natural intelligence in those with whom they interact and promotes deep bonds and buy-in.

The skills taught in this seminar are based on the strategies of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).  NLP captures and teaches the strategies of genius communicators.  NLP techniques are easily understood and easily taught, so much so that NLP is required training for 70% of Fortune 500 Executives.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Develop Subconscious Rapport in a Matter of Minutes
  • Understand a Person’s Learning Style to Command Conscious and Subconscious Attention and Comprehension
  • Employ Neurological Eye Charts to Know How a Person is Making Decisions
Use Rapport and Learning Styles to Form a Bridge in Times of Frustration or Conflict
