In January 2012, Todd Alexander surprised many of his friends,
colleagues, and large customers by announcing that he would be leaving his role as Chief Sales Officer for Minnesota-based Taylor Corporation, one of the largest privately-held companies in the U.S.  This bold move was Todd's first step in "scratching his entrepreneurial itch" and "giving back".
Within a month after leaving Taylor, Todd launched the business consulting and coaching practice, CORNERSTONE 3 (C3).  C3 works with companies to help them overcome immediate challenges and achieve their business objectives by improving leadership, systems, culture, and execution.  Within its first three years of operation, C3 has successfully supported companies in a variety of industries including Health Care, Professional Services, and Manufacturing.  In addition, Todd offers his clients executive coaching expertise that he developed through The Newfield Network, and he continues his commitment to lifelong learning as a student at The Institute for Generative Leadership.
Beyond C3, Todd serves as a part-time faculty member of the Minnesota Executive Group and Managing Director of Mindset Matters (Mindset).  Mindset is an organization that prepares kids and young adults to be effective leaders and live safely after graduation.
Todd and his wife Kristin reside in Mantorville, MN and have two girls, Kendall and Lauren.
