During Mike’s tenure as President of Archway, he scaled revenue 6x and EBITDA increased from $2M to $30M.

Jennifer Thalbauer – Over 20 years spearheading the strategy and direction for AbleNet Inc., where she has grown a $5M organization to a valuation of almost $700M. Jennifer’s experience also includes Cedar House, a provider of adult day-treatment services, as co-owner and board member, as well as board member of NHS-Northstar, which delivers rehabilitation and community services.

Griff Davenport – Over 45 years of experience with DLR Group, a leading architectural firm. Griff led DLR Group as it grew to over 2000 employees in 36 offices worldwide and is currently DLR Group’s Managing Principal Emeritus and Board Chairman. During his tenure, the firm’s ESOP stock has consistently seen annual growth of 20%.

Dr. Rajiv Tandon – Currently the Founder and President of The Institute for Innovators and Entrepreneurs, focused on improving the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Minnesota. Dr. Tandon was the author of Twin Cities Business magazine’s “Planting Seeds” column, and the magazine also honored him as one of “200 Minnesotans You Should Know”.
